"The best thing a parent, a teacher, and a school community can give a child is a deep love of learning. Not just accumulating rote facts, but having the skills to see the connections across disciplines. The deliberate balance of liberal arts and science teaching gave my children the tools to think both creatively and analytically. Good skills for an interesting life."

Walter M., Parent of two Barnesville Graduates

Walter’s son graduated in 2019 and matriculated to Poolesville High School's Humanities Magnet Program. His daughter who graduated in 2017 also attends Poolesville High School  and is part of the Global Ecology Magnet Program.
